Ms. Martin-Smith has over 20 years of experience in the health
claims field. Prior to founding Trilogy, she was a Claims
Supervisor for a Blue Cross Blue Shield organization and several
large third party administrators, a Claims Auditor for a benefits
consulting firm, and a Manager at a large consulting organization.
Her responsibilities included supervision of all claims examining
functions, training and quality assurance. Ms. Martin-Smith
specializes in the performance of claim audits and operational
reviews for employers, insurers and reinsurers. Ms. Martin-Smith
has spoken on the topic of claim administration audits, and
claim policy and procedure handbooks, at various industry
conferences. She also performs MGU and HMO operational reviews
and manages the marketing of Trilogy's products and services.
Her Bachelor's degree is from the American University, Washington,
D.C.
