Ms. Baldwin has over 25 years of experience in the management
and administration of group and individual medical, dental,
and disability claims. Prior to founding Trilogy, Ms. Baldwin
was a Claim Supervisor, Auditor for health care claims, Trainer,
and Claim Manager for several Chicago area insurance companies,
Director of Medical Consulting Services for a Chicago benefits
consulting firm, and a Senior Manager at a large consulting
organization. She specializes in the performance of claim
audits and operational reviews for employers and reinsurers,
and oversees the production of the Trilogy Claims Administration
Handbook. She has been awarded the designation of Fellow,
Life Management Institute with a specialization in life and
health insurance claims. She has also completed the Certified
Employee Benefit Specialist program sponsored by the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania and has been awarded
the designation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist.
Ms. Baldwin has also written articles regarding claim administration
audits for various industry publications. She is a member
of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and the
Self Insured Institute of America. Her Bachelor's degree is
from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois.
